The short version: your room stays your room, and you only pay while you’re deciding.
Will it still look like my actual room?
Yes — that is the whole point of Coft. Your windows, doorways, ceilings and proportions stay exactly where they are; only the style, furniture and finishes change. You will recognize the room instantly — it is yours, restyled, not a different one. If a render ever changes the room itself, it costs you nothing.
Why a one-time pass instead of a subscription?
Because a renovation has an end date. Most people restyle intensively for two or three weeks and then go live in the result. The Project Pass covers exactly that — 30 days, full quality, then it simply ends. Designers and agents who redesign every week are the ones a subscription is actually for, so that is who our subscription is for.
What can I upload?
A phone photo of the room as it is today — furnished or empty — a rough sketch, or a 2D floor plan. One picture is enough to start.
Can I keep my own furniture and change just one thing?
Yes. Lock anything you want to keep — the sofa, the floor, the palette — and revise the rest. Revisions never re-roll what you already approved.
Are the paint colors real brands?
Renders come with real, orderable references — Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Farrow & Ball codes on the spec sheet — not made-up swatches.
Can I use the renders commercially?
The Project Pass covers your own home and your own listing. The Deliver plan adds a commercial license and white-label boards for client work.
